The console Overview page

When you log in to the Weaviate Cloud console, you land on the Overview page. It is the starting point for everything in Weaviate Cloud.

What is on the Overview page

  • A summary line for the organization you are currently working in.
  • The Database card, which lists your clusters with their product and deployment badges, and a Create cluster button. See Create a cluster.
  • The Engram card, for memory projects.
  • Organization settings, shown inline on the Overview page. This is where Owners and Admins rename, leave, or delete an organization and manage its members and roles.

Move around the console

  • The product switcher in the top bar moves between Overview, Database, and Engram.
  • The CLUSTER selector in the left sidebar picks the cluster you are working on, and the + button next to the CLUSTER label creates a new one. Selecting a cluster opens its Dashboard, where you find its endpoints, API keys, metrics, and Advanced configuration.
  • The user menu is in the top-right corner. It holds your account settings, including multi-factor authentication.
  • What's New is in the bottom-left corner.
note

The console is under active development, so the layout described here is what you see as of September 2026.

Support

If you use Weaviate Cloud (Database cluster(s) or Weaviate product in the cloud) or have a self-hosted support package, open a ticket in the Support Portal or email Weaviate support directly. To add a support plan, contact Weaviate sales.

Use the Support Portal for direct help from the Weaviate team: open and track tickets, and we'll respond in line with your support plan. The Community Forum is open to everyone, and a great place to ask questions, get help with your cluster, and connect with other developers. For all the ways to get help, see the Support overview.
